Shipping policy

VNTUR Apparel is not responsible for any misfortunate event such as a lost, stolen, misplaced, or misaddressed package. VNTUR Apparel is not responsible for verifying the address provided by the customer as a valid address for delivery. VNTUR Apparel is responsible for packing the customer's complete order and turning it over to the mail carrier, USPS. Once the order is in the possession of the mail carrier showing an acceptance scan of package arrival, the order is no longer VNTUR Apparel's responsibility.

VNTUR Apparel is not liable to replace the order if the package was: misaddressed, misplaced, lost/stolen. Shipping times are estimates and not exact time frames that USPS will deliver your package. By purchasing shipping, the customer is in agreement and understanding of these policies/terms. 

International Orders: All international orders are subject to taxes and duty fees based on the country's destination. VNTUR Apparel does its best to provide accurate customs forms but is not responsible for any duty fees and taxes required for the customer to receive the package.
