Refund policy
Return Policy-
Domestic:
Returns on new, unworn, undamaged items are eligible for return up to 14 days after the order is placed. For refunds to the original payment, a 10% processing fee plus a shipping fee ($12.50) is deducted. For refunds in the form of store credit, a shipping fee ($12.50) is deducted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. These fees will be deducted from the return credit.
Customers must file for a return with approval prior to returning items. VNTUR Apparel reserves the right to refuse any returns/exchanges. This includes after the item is shipped back to the warehouse. Items that may be determined unfit for return include but are not limited to Deodorant stains, pet hair, human hair, removal of tags, smoke/odor, snagging/pilling, and tears.
All accessories and sale collection items are ALL SALES FINAL.
Once the return is accepted and a label is sent to the customer, items must be dropped off within 48 hours. If no scan is shown, the return is canceled on behalf of the customer's failure to comply.
Upon arrival, a team member inspects the garment thoroughly. If an item(s) is determined as being unfit for return, no refund will be issued to the customer. The item(s) will not be returned to the customer.
Unfit for return includes but is not limited to:
- Deodorant stains, any stains/dirt.
- Any animal hair, human hair,
- Excessive lint or fuzzies.
- Any odors: smoke, perfume, cologne, etc.
- Any snagging/pilling, or tears on the item.
- Any signs of wear, wash, or drying.
- Missing any of the original parts such as padding.
- Excessive wrinkling
Exchange Policy (Domestic Only): Exchanges on new, unworn, undamaged item(s) are eligible for an exchange up to 14 days after the order is placed. The customer may exchange the item for the same item in a different size. Customers must receive approval from customer service prior to returning items. VNTUR Apparel reserves the right to refuse any returns, exchanges, and refunds. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees of the original item and shipping costs of the replacement item.

VNTUR Apparel/ VNTUR Lifestyle LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. No refunds are issued for shipping or Route Insurance purchased. If your order is lost we are not responsible for replacing or refunding your order. See full shipping policy for details.
Return Policy- International: International return policy is the same as our return domestic policy. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs but the customer may choose which mail carrier to use. The customer may choose to use one of our offered methods or select a carrier of their own. If the customer selects to ship on its own, the customer will provide us with a tracking number.
Cancellation Policy (International/Domestic):
No cancellations on any order. A Customer must proceed with the order and file for a return if they do not wish to keep the order. Each customer goes through a series of steps to purchase an order; That is no mistake in purchasing.
